Sequel to Avatar: The Way of Water (2022). The plot is unknown.. Speaking to French news channel 20 Minutes (via Culture Crave), James Cameron revealed that the third film will feature a villainous group of Na’vi called the Ash People. "I want to reveal the Na'vi from a different angle because [so far] I have only shown the good sides of them. In the early films, there are very negative human examples and very positive Na’vi examples. In Avatar 3, we’re going to do the opposite.". Followed by Avatar 4 (2029)
